Jay is a trusted partner to executives navigating moments that matter. With more than 20 years in consulting, he has built his career on helping organizations move confidently through complex business, operational, and technology transformations.
Jay does more than advise, he engages. He works side-by-side with leadership teams to clarify ambition, challenge assumptions, and turn strategy into decisive action. His approach is grounded in trust, transparency, and shared accountability for results. Over the course of his career, Jay has held leadership roles within leading professional services firms, where he built and scaled high-performing consulting teams, strengthened client partnerships, and contributed to strategic firm expansion.
Jay holds a BS in Information Management and Technology from Syracuse University and resides in Los Angeles with his family.
CC Lee - President & Managing Partner
CC is passionately committed to putting people first, ensuring that every project not only meets strategic objectives but also enhances the user experience and supports team development. With over 20 years of management consulting experience, she has led transformative strategies and change management across diverse industries including Electronics & Hi-Tech, Media & Entertainment, Quick Service Restaurants, and Sports & Entertainment.
She excels in fostering senior client relationships and steering complex programs that integrate cutting-edge technology with a focus on human-centered design. Her passion extends beyond professional boundaries as she champions the next generation of leaders, actively advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the consulting industry and beyond.
CC brings a deep understanding of human behavior and strategic insight to her leadership approach, continually inspiring her teams and clients to embrace change and drive progress. She holds a BA in Psychology from UCLA and a MA in Strategic Corporate Communications Management from USC.
Adam Vagley - Partner
Adam is a committed advocate for his clients, building enduring partnerships through a deep understanding of their needs and a dedicated approach to delivering tangible results. His belief in the power of relationship-driven leadership shapes his frequent writings on topics such as leadership, program and change management, and AI in the workplace, emphasizing the importance of integrating human elements into business and technology transformations.
With over 20 years of entrepreneurial leadership experience, Adam has spearheaded strategic business and technology initiatives across the US, UK, and Australia. He has successfully driven projects in diverse organizational settings, from startups to Fortune 100 companies, focusing on developing strategies, launching products, and process design.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Adam graduated from Cornell University and now resides in Los Angeles with his family. Holding dual U.S. and E.U. citizenship, he brings a broad perspective and a global understanding to his work, enhancing his ability to lead and innovate.
